MindfulText is designed to help you effortlessly build the habit of mindfulness through exercises that can be done in as little as a few seconds per day.

Each week a new mindfulness concept and exercise is introduced. Each weekday, you receive a thoughtfully-crafted learning text and exercise supporting the weekly concept.
